We are looking for motivated and talented researchers to join the Yu Lab at Nanjing University. Open positions are available for postdoctoral researchers, Ph.D. students, M.S. students, and research assistants. Our research focuses on catalytic transformations mediated by main-group element redox processes.

Postdoctoral Researchers

​

Applicants should have obtained (or be about to obtain) a Ph.D. degree in organic chemistry or related fields. Candidates with a background in organic synthesis, organometallic chemistry, or radical chemistry are particularly encouraged to apply. Strong independent research ability and proficiency in reading and writing scientific literature in English are expected.

申请人应已获得或即将获得博士学位，具有有机化学或相关研究背景。具备有机合成、金属有机化学或自由基化学研究经验者优先考虑。应具备较强的独立科研能力以及良好的英文文献阅读与写作能力。

Ph.D. Students

​

We welcome highly motivated students with a solid background in organic chemistry and a strong interest in research. Applicants should demonstrate good experimental skills, curiosity, and a proactive attitude toward scientific research.

M.S. Students

​

We welcome undergraduate students with a strong interest in organic chemistry and scientific research. Candidates with hands-on laboratory experience and a solid academic background are encouraged to apply.

Research Assistants

​

Applicants should hold (or be about to obtain) a master’s degree in chemistry or related fields. Research assistants will participate in ongoing research projects and assist in laboratory management. Outstanding candidates may be recommended for further academic study.

申请人应具有或即将获得化学或相关专业硕士学位。科研助理将参与课题组科研项目并协助实验室运行。表现优秀者可推荐继续深造。
